But I am most concerned about the suggestion loaning your car out to someone else this could come with many potential problems. The first is insurance what type of insurance do you need to lease a car to someone else. Second If your business is classified as a leasing company you could be subject to many rules such as zoning ordinances special licensing requirments and possible a whole lot else. Theirs also federal and state forfeiture laws. If someone driving your car is pulled over by the police and if the police search the car and find illegal drugs in the car the car could be impounded or even confiscated by the authorities. You might have to hire a lawyer to get your car back from the authorities. Your car leasing company could also fall under limo and cab services. Which in many cities is heavily regulated. I believe that this is a business adventure that I would most likely stay away from.
