I was interested in seeing a piece on gold in India. It’s a store of value and people will spend any free cash flow on gold, even as small as partial ounces. When it declines in value, they don’t really care, because they don’t plan on selling it. It’s just another form of currency.

I was curious if gold would make it beyond $2,000 per ounce. I’ve seen ads that try to claim it will get to $5,000 per ounce. I don’t know if I believe that. Before you sell your gold, call around and see who will give you the best deal. We sold some things for my wife and found there to be a big difference between the offers.

I think people just have old jewelry that they don’t wear anymore lying around. We don’t really have anything though so I don’t have to worry about selling.
