I am hosting this week's Festival of Frugality #212: New Beginnings Edition. We're still in January and resolutions abound all over the blogosphere. I realize why we like resolutions so much. It's simply a chance to start all over again and make the current year better than the last. With the idea that we can always improve - the Japanese call it kaizen (continuous improvement) - I present my picks of the week from this festival.
